Everything! I have the freedom and confidence that I dreamed about as a kid, while having the experience and self-awareness to finally make that journey a relatively smooth one. I'm no longer chasing "the perfect life" because I've figured out that you build that life for yourself, by yourself. I'm in the best mental and physical health I've ever been in, and the pride and discipline I take in maintaining that are nothing short of a monastic spiritual experience. I'm truly living my best life.

My lifestyle is carefully crafted to support every aspect of my well-being. I have the freedom to create my own projects and schedule, which has allowed me to heal from decades of mental and physical injury. I'm outside, moving and working manually, for hours each day. California desert sunshine is pure medicine. My entire existence is devoted to the process of my creativity. I do not socialize often or for long, which has allowed me a level of self-awareness most don't achieve.

I would use $3000 of it to pay off the balance of my property so that I can own it in full and begin the expansion into creating a land trust and wildlife conservation non-profit out of my sustainability platform and sculpture. I would use another $10,000 to purchase a working used 4WD truck with a bed, a trailer, and two 275 gallon water storage tanks so I can finally have water on this property. The remaining money will be used to invest in creating my trust and wildlife preserve status.
