I’m more Soulful, Mindful, Balanced and Happy both internally and externally than I’ve ever been. Being over 40 means that you have put the work in or you haven't. I'm proud to say I've put in the work, and now I've started my own business as a Mindful Beauty Coach and Consultant. I love being a Lighthouse for other Women to remember their shine, which is inspired by my lifetime of experience in the beauty industry. After 40 I became a certified Meditation, mindfulness and Ayurvedic coach.
How do you stay fabulous?I take really good care of myself (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually). I also practice present awareness which reduces stress. I ask for help when I need it, which was a learning curve until I really understood its importance. I prioritize time with family, friends and animals, which brings me so much joy. AND, I have a new found love of travel!
What would you do with the $40,000?First, I would make sure my 86 year old Mom was well taken care of. Then I would sit by the beach and plan out traveling the world to volunteer and spend time with animals, where I would write and create content that inspires others. I would also make a donation to cancer prevention and research in my Father's name.
