That I finally know who I am; I know myself, I know my body, I know my worth. I know that I’m not perfect and I’m at peace with that. I’ve spent forty years cultivating that love and that patience towards myself because I’ve learned to value my relationship to myself. I’ve finally become my greatest ally, and I never again will be a victim of circumstances.
How do you stay fabulous?The essentials: a good mindset, Pilates, meditation / prayer every day, a heart full of gratitude, eating the foods I love, and last but not least, a glass of red wine a day.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest most of it into my children’s education. My son wants to go to a private school for musicians (Vincent d’Indy)and study composition as well as architecture. My daughter is a writer studying in literature and wants to go to McGill University. And of course, we would travel!
