At 55 I feel that the storms in life make us stronger, wiser, resilient, enduring, understanding, less judging, more open and kinder. At least thats what my cancer journey thought me. I value each day as a treasure and an adventure at the same time. I literally work serving others to give them happiness and fitness in a nurturing environment that promotes sistership, consideration and empowerment as well as cultural dancing in my dance studio. My students save my life emotionally. I am grateful.
How do you stay fabulous?I live a clean life, eat food as natural as possible organic as possible. I practice gratitude, mindfulness meditation, I listen to positive affirmations, read self improvement books, I think being with friends is good for our health. Good friends are treasures. Mindset is huge. Happiness is a choice and our health depends also on our mood. Each of our cells resonates in the mood we are in. I take vitamins, I practice breath work. I drink a lot of water. I love make up but I remove it each night
What would you do with the $40,000?Mom passed away after 7 month slow dementia dying. My dad was at the hospital hospice ALL DAY each day like in the movie "The note book" He's 84. I stayed almost daily 4 to 5 hrs. The PTSD I got from this pain gave me VITILIGO. My poor dad barely is walking again. Our family love was RARE. I'd spend on my DAD's wellbeing. He NEVER has had pampering. I honestly need pampering too. I'd create WOMEN'S RETREATS to heal from GRIEVING & LOSS. MOTIVATIONALS. I swear that was my plan before this contest
