Post-divorce, I've reinvented myself, mastering new skills. Time has empowered me to thrive in the face of adversity, being a role model for my children as a happy, purpose-driven mother.
How do you stay fabulous?I prioritize holistic well-being, especially as a breast cancer survivor. As an avid runner, I keep my body strong, complementing exercise with wholesome, home-cooked meals. I stay informed about nutrition, balancing healthy choices with occasional indulgences. I nurture my mind by constantly learning, developing new skills for my financial goals, and reading voraciously about spirituality and metaphysics. This knowledge has been key to stay centered during extreme stress; it was tough before.
What would you do with the $40,000?My plan is to invest part of the $40k for my and my children's financial wellness, and donate a portion to SafeHarbor, National Breast Cancer Foundation, and World Wild Life Fund or Greenpeace. I hold all these causes very close to my heart. Divorce took a toll on our financial wellness and now we're on a path to recovery, but we're still on the mend. Having some money as a safety net, and donating to those wonderful causes of helping other women and protecting nature, would be such a blessing.
