Being over 40 came with life experiences good, bad, and indifferent which shaped me to becoming the warrior I am today. Unlike in my younger years, I'm more confident and self assured. More knowledgeable about my wants, desires, and about what my purpose is in life; helping others. I've proven to be resilient. I'm more focused, self-forgiving, self-accepting, and empathetic towards others. Most of all, at 49 I'm so grateful for even the smallest of things and I'm more at peace than I ever was.
How do you stay fabulous?I try to surround myself as often as possible with all the things and people that I love. I love music! So at any given time you'll find me singing and dancing without a care in the world. That keeps me feeling energized. Spending time with a few good friends, my adult children, my grandchildren and my best girl(my mother) is what keeps me going. I absolutely love fashion, spa days and a terrific whiskey sour to unwind. That's what keeps me fabulous!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would first take my family(mom, my kids and grandkids) on a well deserved vacation. Have a spa day with my two best girlfriends. I would also donate to my two favorite charities(St. Judes and the humane society). Do a few renovations on my home, give some of the money to my children.
