I can fully embrace my body and who I am unapologetically without caring about what others think. With age has come clarity. I’m experienced enough to guide and mentor those younger than me, while still being young enough to learn from others who have reached places I aspire to go. I’m evolving into the woman I always knew I could become. Turning 40 hasn’t made me feel “old”—it’s shown me that I’m just getting started!
How do you stay fabulous?By prioritizing my health—mentally, physically, and spiritually. I believe that true beauty comes from within; when I nourish myself properly, it reflects on the outside. Just simply keeping myself up. Dressing nicely and presenting the best version of myself everyday. When you look good you feel fabulous. I also make it a point to maintain and nurture my friendships with family and friends. Surrounding myself with strong, supportive women keeps me motivated and inspired.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use the $40,000 towards my health coaching business, focusing on empowering women to prioritize their well-being. Additionally, I aspire to start a non-profit organization that aligns with my passion for helping others. I also plan to pay off the remaining loans from my education, freeing myself from that burden. Most importantly, I want to dedicate time and resources to doing something meaningful for myself.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
