My twin sister and I maintain a healthy way of life. Diet and exercise are a main staple in both our lives.

Finally feeling comfortable in my skin. Knowing who I am and just enjoying the journey ahead. Reflecting on years past and being present. Our mother was diagnosed with breast cancer twice: at 40 and again at 50. So we have learned so much from her journey and just what it means to take care of your body. This month is a reminder to us of not only her journey as a survivor but for so many women who are fighting this great fight.
How do you stay fabulous?Well… fabulousness resides within. We are both blessed to be moms. One of us is a personal trainer. The other an art teacher. We love what we do and I feel those outlets allow us to feel alive.
What would you do with the $40,000?Make memories with our families. Put some away for our children. Do something really awesome for our mom!
