Freedom and Independence: Life at this stage may come with greater independence, careers may be established, and there’s often more time to explore personal interests. I can travel more and participate in things that make me happy. I love to experiment on new healthy dishes since I had to make a huge change after I was diagnosed with Kidney Cancer. Having overcome challenges and embraced the ups and downs of life can create a powerful sense of resilience, which adds to the fabulousness of you.
How do you stay fabulous?Self-Care: Prioritize self-care routines, including skincare, haircare, and physical health. Treat yourself to beauty treatments or a relaxing spa day. Dress confidently, stay active, eat well, be authentic and practice gratitude and always give back.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay of some bills, but then pass it forward if I can encourage younger women who are struggling with there own Identity and setup a Mentorship program for young women struggling with the different problems.
