I love being over 40. I feel more confident and have really come into my own. I no longer care about what others think, and I’m more comfortable in my ways. I’ve found a routine that works for me, and I love it. My kids are at an age where we can travel and truly enjoy it together. My husband and I have reached a point where we’re just content with life, and it’s a great feeling. We’re not trying to please everyone; we’re just happy being ourselves.

I start each day by putting on something that makes me feel amazing. Fashion is a passion of mine, and I try to add a new piece to my wardrobe every week or two. I love working out and staying active. My husband and I make eating well a priority, and I kick off my mornings with 40 to 50 grams of protein to keep my energy up throughout the day. Having an identical twin sister is a bonus—together, we stay on top of our workouts and routines, always keeping each other accountable.

If I had $40,000, I’d put it in the bank to help with my daughter’s education in the U.S. and pay off part of our mortgage. In today’s economy, where groceries alone are a huge expense, this money would ease the financial stress on our family and help us stay on track. Even with two incomes, it’s tough to make ends meet, and $40,000 would be a game-changer. I’d also set aside a little something for myself, just to celebrate reaching that next level of security.
