I feel fabulously over 40 by focusing on my physical and mental strength in a way that can only be learned through life experience.

I realized this year, that being 46 years old, is such a blessing. Working in the medical field has allowed me to appreciate my good health and enjoy each day with such gratitude. I love the wisdom that comes with this age and the ability to connect on a deeper level. I've learned to let go of the smaller stresses in life and focus on life's opportunities that provide great happiness. It's a perfect day if you can make another person feel comfortable and cared for.
How do you stay fabulous?I made a life decision in my forties to commit to my health. I work out five days a week. I incorporate weight training and cardio into my routines. I am vegetarian and practice intermittent fasting, with occasional water fasts. Meditation and reading are important in helping to decompress from busy days. I enjoy trying new products such as face peels and moisturizers, to prevent premature aging. I stay fabulous by being motivated to be my very best!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would be able to make time from my busy career in cardiac sonography to travel! I would spend this time with my family and make sure everyone receives some much deserved self care. They are the ones who encouraged me to enter this contest and I am humbled with gratitude by their support.
