What I love about being over 40 is being more and more authentic, accepting failures , outgrown insecurities which lead to greater self confidence in both personal and professional aspects of life. The freedom from others opinions by caring less about what others may think about ourselves and caring about every constructive opinion to empower our growth.
How do you stay fabulous?Balanced diet and exercising regularly, I walk everyday for at least 45min, I do 1 0 min of relaxation and some of yoga postures every morning to keep my body strong, energized and my emotional state in balance I accept and love the way I look, I focus on my strengths and stay in countinous improvement of my imperfections. I like exploring new hobbies just begin to play squash, and traveling in order to learn from other cultures.
What would you do with the $40,000?I will make a donation of 10000 $ to a orphanage publishing my book talking about my story with cancer and launch my business as a brain coach
