What I love most about being over 40 is the joy, clarity, love & compassion I feel. This is the decade where I finally learned to fully trust, love & honor myself. I listen within & move towards my passions & purpose now. I’m at peace. I’m living my dreams. I know who I am & I’m still curious, creative, learning & becoming. I honor the balance between family, work, life, love & pleasure. I honor my grown woman & inner child. I feel deep gratitude for even the smallest things. I ❤️ my 40s!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by honoring & embracing fun & taking a holistic approach to life. I combine self-care, spiritual growth, travel & skin health. I make time for cleanses, sacred rest & retreats to nourish my mind, body, soul & spirit. I journal, practice shadow work & grounding. I engage in healing practices, yoga & meditation to help me stay centered & in tune with my inner world. I also honor my creativity & curiosity by learning new things & traveling to places around the world that inspire me.
What would you do with the $40,000?With the $40,000, I’m creating an app to support mental health & mind-body wellness. The app will offer guided meditations, somatic practices & personalized wellness plans to help users manage stress, anxiety & emotional well-being. It also provides personal development journeys & access to integrative & mental health experts. I am a transpersonal psychology doctoral student & my goal is to assist humanity by merging ancient wisdom & modern tech to make holistic health care accessible to all.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
