I am 62 and a grandma of 4 boys. I work seasonal as a tour director. I work hard and am adventurous, I don’t feel my age in the least.

For me, being over 40 has given me freedom to accept myself as I am, and not worry about what others think. For the first 40 years of my life I was always obsessed with how much I weigh, is my hair all right, and do I look okay. Once I hit 40 I actually felt myself growing and learning. What others say about me doesn’t affect me anymore. I am free and confident and LOVE my life!
How do you stay fabulous?I spend my professional career as a tour director giving my passengers the best holiday possible. It’s the compliments I get from my passengers that keep me going. If my group is happy then it makes me glow with pride. I also want to be a good role model for my grandchildren, so staying fit for them is important to me. I love going on adventures and want to share this with my grandsons; to do that I must stay in shape. I power walk for 10 km at least 4 days a week which helps me fabulous!
What would you do with the $40,000?My biggest dream in life is to hike up to Mt. Everest Base camp. The extra money will give me the opportunity to achieve this goal, and to also take my family on a well deserved holiday. As a brain tumour survivor I realize how important it is to look after yourself and your family. I’ve learned that a happy life is precious, and that one should continually strive to achieve their goals.
