Being over 40 is a badge of honor! I have experience so many things in my life that I have learned from and I share those experiences on Please Me! to empower women to strive for the best health, the best sex lives, and the most confidence in themselves! Life only gets better after 40 if only we can plug into the often stigmatized or taboo topics that often have solutions no one is talking about. I love being an advocate for women's sex lives and I found this mission and purpose well after 40!

I stay fabulous by practicing what I preach! I eat a nutritious diet which is 80% of health. I enjoy exercising regularly and as a retired fitness instructor, I try to incorporate movement daily, whether it is riding my bike, taking my dog for a stroll, doing yoga (along with breathing exercises/meditation) and I have my own personal work-out routine that I have curated for myself that I do 3x/wk. I also enjoy journaling for my mental health and reading books. Learning is a continuous goal!

I have an invention that I am looking to continue developing that is in the realm of sexual health, pleasure and safe sex. I like to consider myself the FACE of SAFE SEX and I talk a lot about how we can protect ourselves as women, while enjoying a beautiful and deeply fulfilling sex life. As a podcaster, I have found my passion for women's issues and it has become a true labor of love. Podcasts generally lose money at first, so supporting the Please Me! Podcast would also be a tremendous boost!
