I love the wisdom I have acquired since turning 40+. I no longer "sweat the small stuff." I respect myself and others more for who they are as people rather than what they have accomplished. The most important parts of life are the choices that we make. There is no "magic" formula to success. Working toward a goal with love and kindness in our hearts is essential to allowing our best life to unfold. I know that we are all ONE in this Universe and need to love and support each other.
How do you stay fabulous?Meditation helps clear my earthly mind. I participate in Pilates several times weekly. I read about innovations in health and beauty and the fashion world. I follow art and music, and I love meeting new people and sharing points of view. Teaching our younger generation to uplift themselves and others keeps me dynamic and centered. I aim to help people actualize themselves and live their best lives. Support of others, creativity and constantly being open to change is how I stay Fabulous
What would you do with the $40,000?1/4 will go to this charity and others that support mental health. The balance is to create a short film/series about how to be fabulous at any age and not wait until you are 40+ to declare that about yourself. I believe in growth and affirmation that we are all in this life together and in supporting others in their endeavors to be their best person. I also want to support meditation as mandatory in schools and hope to use some of the money to establish programs there.
