Besides a love for fitness and good eats, I think my youth comes from lots and lots of laughter in everyday life! Especially at myself!

The life experience and knowledge I’ve garnered along the way. Age brings an acceptance of life that has manifested serenity and joy in everything, everyday activities, interactions and present moments. My relationships to loved ones, including myself, are deeper than ever before because I have an enthusiastic responsibility toward them.
How do you stay fabulous?Laughter, first and foremost. Learning to love without strings, altruistically, is second but an ever evolving goal. And animals, expressing love and enjoyment is so pure with animals and it feeds my inner consciousness with so much joy! And don’t forget exercise - yoga, weights, hiking in nature, fitness with friends - that helps too!
What would you do with the $40,000?Two things: investment and donation. One part I would invest toward my future retirement, another I’d invest in my current lifestyle to finish the book I’ve been writing (a slice of life memoir about my life in LA). The other portion I would donate to a handful of non profits, GEMS and animal rescue as well as a cancer association nearby. You have to share what you are gifted.
