Receive Text UpdatesI love that I can bring life experiences to any situation whether that is a client meeting at work, advising a friend, or giving advice to my teenage daughters. I also love being in a situation where I have the time to reach personal and professional goals. Lastly, I love being of service to others and giving back whether that is through children’s programs at CHOC Hospital or in volunteer service trips to remote areas of the world, where I focus on bettering children’s access to education.
How do you stay fabulous?Every day, I wake up with a positive attitude and a heart full of gratitude for the many blessings in my life. I take a few minutes in the morning to express this through journaling or walking in nature. I also train my body to strengthen my mind and release stress. I go to the gym 5 days a week and practice yoga the other two. In addition, I eat an extremely healthy diet and remember to laugh and spend quality time with my daughters every day. I also make time to do things that I love for fun!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would donate half to CHOC Hospital who has been instrumental in providing an amazing team of doctors to be the medical support system and the reason she has survived for my older daughter with four incurable autoimmune diseases. The other $20,000 would be used to take my daughters on the trip of a lifetime because as a single mom I’ve never been able to do that. I would want it to be somewhere extraordinary where we could create memories for a lifetime.
