Connect What do you love about being over 40?

I recently turned 40, but I feel more like 30—because for me, age is just a number. It’s the way I feel that truly matters. What excites me most about being 40 is that it marks the beginning of a new chapter, one shaped by all the experiences, growth, and knowledge I’ve gained. These lessons will guide my journey into the next decade. I love who I am at every stage of life, and I’m embracing the years ahead with confidence and excitement, no matter what they bring.

How do you stay fabulous?

I stay fabulous by prioritizing self-care and making sure I look and feel my best—inside and out! For me, self-care isn’t just a treat; it’s my secret weapon for managing stress and keeping my overall well-being in check. I regularly get my nails done, massages, skincare, have a healthy diet, and work out. When I take care of myself, I feel unstoppable, and that’s the real key to staying fabulous! At 40, I embody the essence of “fabulous” by thriving in both personal and professional pursuits.

What would you do with the $40,000?

First and foremost, I’d invest in my health and wellness. Right now, I’m undergoing treatments that come with significant costs, so the prize would help cover these expenses and relieve the financial burden of my recent diagnosis of TNBC breast cancer. It would give me the freedom to focus fully on healing and overcoming this challenge. Beyond that, I’d love to give back by donating to charities close to my heart, supporting others in need as I continue my own journey.
