Women show their true beauty after 40. Life's up and downs have shaped me into a confident & resilient woman. I am aware of my strengths and weaknesses and less concerned about what others think of me, which allow me to live more authentically. Life is about finding balance between enjoying the simple pleasures and having inner peace-which is directly related to our health and our quality of life! This is what I love about being a fitness coach and helping women reach their full potential!
How do you stay fabulous?I was born to be fabulous and I stay this way through fitness and inner peace. My father taught me how important exercise and food were and how it directly relates to our state of mind. I am strong and independent and never doubt my decisions. I respect my health, body and mind. I have a beautiful dog and she reminds me everyday to live carefree, to smile and remember the simple things in life! Guiding my clients to reach their dream physique allows me to feel the highest level of success!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would love to save women! Yes, SAVE WOMEN by having my own anti-aging clinic. You see, so much is geared toward men and TRT, and not much light is shed on women regaining control of her body by balancing hormones. It's taboo & most doctors cause fear by saying it's dangerous-which is far from the truth! I want to be their voice so they regain their confidence, save their relationship & have the highest quality of life. The gift of rejuvenation is the best gift any woman can giver herself!
