I love the confidence that comes with being over 40, there’s a deep sense of self-awareness and freedom. I’ve learned to let go of the little things and focus on what truly matters. There’s also a joy in embracing my authentic self, knowing what I want, and having the wisdom to go after it. Plus I get to enjoy life with more balance, appreciating both the past and the future, willfully living in the present. It feels like a sweet spot of empowerment, style, and inner peace.

I stay fabulous by focusing on self-care, Mentally, physically, and emotionally. I prioritize regular exercise and a healthy vegan diet to stay energized, while also making time for rest and mindfulness to keep my stress levels in check. Staying curious and continuously learning keeps my mind sharp. Surrounding myself with positive, inspiring people helps me grow. I also embrace my unique style and express myself authentically, which boosts my confidence.

I’d invest in experiences and personal growth. I’d travel to dream destinations, explore new cultures, and embrace adventure. I’d also invest in self-development, whether through courses, coaching, or creative projects that inspire me. Part of it would go towards wellness and self-care to stay balanced and fabulous. Lastly, I’d set some aside for future goals and to support causes I’m passionate about, making sure my investment benefits both myself and others.
