How do you stay fabulous?Daily Sadhana of meditation, breath work and getting to the gym or on my mat to move my body mindfully Time in nature, the beach is pure medicine connecting to the rhythm of the waves. Not taking myself too seriously and approaching life from a place of curiosity
What would you do with the $40,000?Pay for the first year of my daughter’s university. As a single mama it was a challenge to save beyond just providing for my girls. So I would be overjoyed to be able to do this for my girl. I would invest some and then take the gift to go on my spiritual pilgrimage
