I honestly love the confidence that comes with 40. I no longer doubt myself and I've learned to embrace all feelings and not deny myself the opportunity to grieve loss of love or a loved one. I love believing in myself.
How do you stay fabulous?I pray and meditate daily and make sure I do daily self care routines. I read at least an hour a day. I try to eat healthy and get plenty of rest.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would honestly help my parents. They have always been there for me and I would love to give back. They worked so hard all their lives.
