I also make it a habit to remain focused on my health and fitness routine as it benefits my overall quality of life. Most importantly, I believe I have deeper relationships with family and friends due to my development throughout the years.
How do you stay fabulous?Maintaining my physical & mental health becomes increasingly important so, I start my day with an early morning workout and I continue to tweak my eating habits to find what works best for me.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would help a friend who has had a rough start in life because I continue to see this person make incredible changes through prayer, faith, and commitment.
