At this point, I've seen so much, traveled to many places, experienced joy and trauma. I'm fabulous because I appreciate all of my past.

I love that it's ok not to care what others think all the time. I love meeting other fabulous women over 40. I love that I don't have to stand to the side when it comes to physical activities... I'm ready to go! I love that I'm always a go getter now and never too shy. I love that when I set my mind to something, I really work for it. I love that people really appreciate my opinion. I love that I have so much knowledge to offer now.
How do you stay fabulous?Being a solo parent is not easy. I stay fabulous because I know I am worth it and I need to set an example for my daughter. I've raised her on my own almost all if her life and now, I take care of my aging father. I've learned that money doesn't make you fabulous. It's attitude, it's caring about others, it's helping out even when you know you don't have time. Yep, I wake up at 4:30 a.m. to exercise and make homemade meals, it helps, but it's just a small part.
What would you do with the $40,000?First I would pay off my student loan debt, that has been hovering over me for years. Then I would invest as much as possible so that I could help my daughter go to college. I would definitely try out a new career, I love photography and believe capturing the special moments in friends' and families' lives is a gift. I would use my photography to get outdoors more.
