I am a doctor in the forensic field with over 27 years of working with the public to reduce trauma and increase health and wellbeing.

Being over 40 means having more to offer the world as l have a good life experience to draw upon. I know who l am and where l would like to go! These are great assets in the helping profession.
How do you stay fabulous?I incorporate body, mind and spirit approaches to my health and facilitate these approaches into treatment with patients. I love yoga, dance, meditation and enjoy writing books about it. Such as my book “Perspectives on Trauma Matters.”It was published on Amazon in 2022.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would continue to donate to my favorite Christian charity and also be able to pay off my debt for saving my dog Hector who had two surgeries this year. I love my family and would also include a fun beach trip.
