What is Fab Over 40?

What do you love about being over 40?

Perspective. Life becomes so much more in focus. The outside clatter fades away and there's a better honing of your self worth, your likes and dislikes, the things you are willing to live with and the things that no longer serve you. And, sex is so much better!

How do you stay fabulous?

I have always listened to my body and what it needs and requires. Exercise is not just about vanity, it's about sanity. I should trademark that! It is my slice in a busy world and busy mind. As a mom and business owner, I need to break away from the daily grind and take that time for me. It quiets the needless chatter in my head. Now, don't think for one second my workouts are quiet or the inappropriate music in my earbuds are, either! The help of God, a little botox and filler helps!

What would you do with the $40,000?

This is a harder question than you'd think! I have never really thought about this. I have a 17 year old amazingly smart daughter who will be off to college next year, so $40,000 would certainly help with the crazy cost of her higher education. I'd donate to diabetes research. Our lives have to be made easier and with all of this technology, there's absolutely no way we can't restart a pancreas. I'd also like to renew my vows with my husband, who I've been with since I was 15.
