How do you stay fabulous?To stay fabulous over 40, I embrace being unapologetically myself. I Own my unique beauty, wisdom, and experiences. I am intentional with my choices—whether it’s in self-care, relationships, or career. I Prioritize my health through regular exercise, nourishing foods, and skincare. Invest in mental wellness with mindfulness, therapy, or journaling. Surrounding myself with positive influences, and make time for passions and hobbies. I Celebrate every win and live life with purpose and confidence.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I’d invest in my nonprofit, creating more programs to empower teens with life skills and mentorship opportunities. I’d also ensure my kids have enriching experiences—whether through education, travel, or activities that help them grow into well-rounded individuals. Balancing family and community, I’d use the funds to build a legacy that uplifts both my own children and the next generation of leaders.
