How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous after 40 is all about maintaining a positive mindset, taking care of myself (mentally and physically), and feeling empowered in my journey. I make time for myself through regular exercise and walks with my dog. I wear what makes me feel good and I celebrate my strengths and successes. I am always exploring new interests, whether it's in real estate, personal growth, or hobbies. A strong support system in my family and friends keeps me motivated and happy.
What would you do with the $40,000?I have always wanted to start my own real estate team instead of being a member of a team. This would help me with marketing and branding for the new team. I am planning to start my own team in January 2025. I would invest in high quality marketing materials, website, hiring a professional assistant, lead generation, office space, coaching program, and client appreciation events.
