I love being in touch with myself, my spiritually, my emotions, and especially that I finally found a way to love and forgive myself for the first time in my life! I had battled depression for most of my life and finally in my 40's things started to take shape and I'm the happiest I have EVER been! It seems simple to say "love yourself, have your own back" but it really was a journey for me and I'm so pleased that I made it in my 40's and have so many years ahead of me to appreciate it!
How do you stay fabulous?Truly loving myself is the 1st step! I put EFFORT into all I do! I eat vegetarian + invertebrates, drink very little alcohol & love to dance, I don't walk anywhere, I dance walk! I love to swim and be out connecting with people. I garden, cook, and really enjoy creating all types of ART! Donating my time spreading LOVE and joy in my community with my face and body painting skills and spending time with my family and friends are my fave! What would you do with the $40,000?I would do something FAB for myself and pay off my debt, do something FAB for my family and take them on a vacation, and do something FAB for my community like throw a holiday celebration and supply all the food and fun activities, like an Imagination Creation Station for all to enjoy!! Bringing people together is a great way to spread love and joy! I wish you the best of luck in selecting your winner, there are so many FAB OVER 40!
