The best thing about being over 40 & fabulous is that naturally, I do not feel or look my age at all! The freedom that I experience in life each day is something I am most thankful for. My days are super jampacked yet I am able to Move through my day with such fluidity and a deep sense of peace. I am too blessed to be stressed!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay so fabulous by putting a high priority on my self-care routine each day. This starts with my spiritual health and my quiet time each morning. I truly believe that while staying in shape is important to my physical health, I put just as much emphasis on my mental health. Maintaining a balance is critical for my overall well-being, mind, body and spirit.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000 I would donate a portion to charity and then with the rest, I would pay down my mortgage and put aside some for my daughter’s education. Maybe a vacation or two as well!
