What I love about being over 40 is the confidence and wisdom that comes with it. I’ve embraced my journey as an entrepreneur for 10 years, a single mother, and a breast cancer survivor living flat with pride. I’ve found strength in staying fit and prioritizing my health, and I’m passionate about helping others do the same. At this stage, I’m more secure in who I am, living authentically with integrity, and advocating for women’s health. Being over 40 feels like thriving, not just surviving.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by embracing balance and growth. Meditation keeps me centered, reading and learning expand my mind, and I thrive on creative projects as a fashion stylist. Staying active through workouts boosts my energy, and quality time with friends and family nourishes my soul. This mix of self-care, personal development, and connection keeps me vibrant and inspired.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won $40,000, I’d invest in expanding my business. I’d also support my advocacy for women’s health, particularly empowering flat women after breast cancer. Lastly, I’d prioritize self-care by creating memorable experiences with my family, focusing on wellness, and continuing my growth as a fashion stylist and entrepreneur.
