Embracing imperfections: I am comfortable with myself, and my inner confidence shines. I also know what works for me and what doesn't. I have more time for self-care, and I feel more grateful for each day that passes. I am now over 50, and it is even better than being over 40. Can you believe it?
How do you stay fabulous?It's essential for me to: Eat healthy. I am a vegetarian and pescatarian, drink carrot juice daily & water throughout the day. Stay active; Get moving with a consistent workout plan and practice yoga to maintain good posture & flexibility. I love to walk & meditate to keep my mind clear. Prioritize getting enough sleep Stay curious; keep learning, reading & finding meaning and purpose in my life. Take care of my skin the most naturally as possible, I am a fan of Ayurvedic products.
What would you do with the $40,000?First, I would travel to France to visit my mom, whom I last saw several years ago. I would then take three months of leave to spend as much time as I could with her and reconnect with my roots. I would also invest some of the money wisely to start a small business when I turn 60. Here in South Texas, I would like to begin a tiny house village (four or five tiny homes) on a property with mesquite trees to organize retreats about yoga, meditation, nature, spiritual journeys & healthy life style.
