Being over 40 brings not only life experience and years of lessons that I can tap into, for future experiences, but I also feel vibrant enough to keep this momentum in life going! I have a great zeal for life, and in this phase of life, feel like there is still so much to learn, while leaning on the lessons I already have learned to be a student and teacher at the same time! I think 40s ROCK!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by consistency. I am consistent with the things that add value to my life! I exercise daily, I try to learn one new thing everyday, I listen to podcasts in the morning that sets my intention for the day, drink lots of water and live in a place of giving and gratitude, while trying to maintain a healthy nutritional lifestyle. I also stay fabulous by being authentic to myself and encourage other woman to do the same!
What would you do with the $40,000?With this money, I would upgrade my training studio to add in some spa like services for my clients, so we can start incorporating different forms of self care to hit all aspects of our lives. I would also use some to take myself and my two kids on a nice vacation. Being a single mom and business owner, I haven’t had a lot of quality time with my kids, so this would mean I could take some time off without the financial burden and be able to enjoy my kids before they start their own fab lives!
