After 40 I began to understand the Do's and Dont's of life when dealing with stress, health, family, and relationships. I began to prioritize my peace of mind and setting standards to self-care , self-love that I was not going to negotiate. Feeling Good Matters and being that young single Mom struggling and working hard for my kids only defined after 40 that I was important too and Happiness shared is Happiness within yoursef. Discovering Myself , my worth, my Purpose came after 40.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay Fabulous because I put me First. Waking up in deep spiritual Gratitude for my Blessings is first. Feeding my spirit with Grace, Prayer and Praise for my God. Mon - Friday I eat very Healthy and clean and leave the weekends for little indulging. Taking my daily minerals/ supplements and drinking that water. Following thru with yearly medical physicals,dental and health. Exercising 5-6 days a week strength training and HITT, Dance, and Vacationing yearly a must. Keeping a smile always.
What would you do with the $40,000?This is easy, two things I may do with it one would be maybe opening a stretch Lab in my area of residency, and unfortunately My daughter had to take many student loans out for her college education I was not finacially stable to assist her, so if I can help her get a big jump start on paying back these loans I will. She's turning out to be such a wonderful human being and that is all a Mom can ask for . and anything I can do I will to be stress free.
