It’s the best of both worlds! I’ve got the energy and drive to stay active with my kids, while also knowing what truly makes me happy. I’m more confident than ever, embracing challenges like real estate, construction and interior design, which keep me moving and creative. I love that I can prioritize my health, balance, and fun without sweating the small stuff. Being 40 means I’m living life on my own terms, staying active, and doing what I love with the people I love!

It’s all about staying active and having fun! I keep up with my kids by playing pickleball and volleyball – they’re the perfect mix of cardio, competition, and laughs! Eating well, plenty of water, and getting my beauty sleep! I’m also big into real estate, construction and interior design, which keeps me on my feet and constantly moving. Whether I’m working on a project or out on the court, staying fabulous is all about living life fully, staying healthy, and having fun!

I’d definitely put it to good use! First off, I’d take my family on an epic adventure—maybe somewhere tropical where we can relax. I’m also someone who likes to think about the future and plan ahead, so I’d definitely put some of that money aside for future adventures and maybe even a few smart investments. It’s all about having fun now and setting myself up for even more fun down the road!
