I love the sense of confidence I have knowing the life I have experienced. I love that my kids are old enough for me to rediscover my true purpose in life and go after it. I enjoy putting myself out there, taking risk, and not sitting on the sidelines. I love aging and watching my body continue to grow stronger. I love my new found sense of sexuality and going after what makes me feel good.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by continuing to learn. Reading books, being open spiritually, and doing things that would have made the younger me feel uncomfortable. I stay fabulous by feeling all my feelings, getting therapy, moving my body, and staying sober. I nourish my mind, body, and soul by connecting with like minded women, traveling, and being out doors.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would take an EPIC trip. I want to hike Machu Picchu, visit Patagonia, and swim in the Galapagos. The remainder of the money I would invest in my small business. I want to grow my alcohol free coaching business in order to help successful women, moms, those suffering from mental health issues, and anyone looking to live to their full potential. Women are an underserved population who deserve coaches in their corner helping them build up their confidence, manifest their dreams and live wildly.
