I love the confidence that being in my 40s has brought to my life. I lost my husband at 38 years old to a heart attack. I never imagined that life in my 40s would be what it is, but I am thankful that, having lived through some very traumatic and painful experiences, I now have a positive outlook on these life events. I feel confident in who I am and in my future.
How do you stay fabulous?I am passionate about self-care, eating healthy, and staying active. My daily goal is to be gentle with myself and maintain a positive outlook on what lies ahead. I also strive to move my body every day. While the form of that movement may vary, staying active remains a priority for me.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would donate to a fellow single mom in need, take my three beautiful children on a memorable vacation, and then invest or save the remainder for our future.
