The fact that I have wisdom, but so much more time to learn . The fact that I have a nice group of friends who feel the same. The fact that I love my body and it can still do amazing things . The fact that my hang ups about how other people see me are gone . The fact that I can mentor people and they come to me for advice and a listening ear . The fact that my marriage to my husband is going strong at 20 years and I am seeing my boys grow up to be great humans . The fact I beat cancer !
How do you stay fabulous?Weight lifting , walking , hiking with the family , SUP , swimming, going to my kids games / meets , learning new styles of cooking and exploring that with friends , traveling and finding niche hidden gems , listening to podcasts on science and history to keep myself informed., reading, surrounding myself with people I love and who love me , through my work helping stroke and TBI patients to live life again , educating others and volunteering time for breast cancer awareness
What would you do with the $40,000?Donate money to the hospital that I got my treatment at , to their foundation that supplies things insurance won’t pay for to cancer patients , finally put the stone patio we always wanted in, so we have more space for friends , take a trip down route 1 in California in a convertible with my husband, a dream vacation for both of us .
