It's not about getting older… It's about gaining freedom! Freedom to be myself to just not care to truly know that most things are not that big a deal! Much of What used to plague and paralyze me I can look at and laugh off! To be honest… I also love that I am in this magic number zone and know that I look great and feel great about today and the future. Being hot is such a different level of awesomeness my 40s. And on top of it, it's like an amazing club that you get to belong with those around
How do you stay fabulous?I continuously learn what self-care is. Always washing off my make up and using products all the way down my neck and onto my chest. Realizing I don't like to read books so I listen to audible. When I think of something I want to say to someone I pick up the phone or shoot them a message right then in there. I live in the moment. I live for me. I do a lot of deep breathing and I never feel badly for blurting out. Loud belly laughs!!!
What would you do with the $40,000?Travel, travel, travel! Travel for myself and my daughter. She is my biggest joy and she inspires me to embrace my age, my time and life. I would also use that money to buy comfort for the two of us comforts meaning things that give us stability so that we can be more present in the moment.
