I have lived and learned during my time here on earth. I have learned how important it is to take care of yourself by eating right, exercising, staying out of the sun and taking care of my beautiful skin. I've learned to handle pressure differently too. I take a moment to breathe and prioritize my actions. This helps me respond effectively rather than react impulsively as all young people tend to do. Blessed to have my friends that I have known for 40+ years.
How do you stay fabulous?Exercising first and foremost for sure. Eating foods that are healthy for you such as fish, chicken and vegetables. Staying true to myself and others. Laugh a lot. Helping others brings me joy. I meditate and pray every morning and at night. Thanking God for waking me up every day and enjoying the beauty of life. Oh, and can't forget to treat myself to a wonderful smooth glass of wine (Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay are my favorites) sitting at the beach with a great book.
What would you do with the $40,000?Donate a portion of it to Tri-County Animal Control. This center takes great care of the pets who have been abandoned. They have them in very clean conditions, fed properly and exercise them often. When one is rescued, they send you home with leashes, food, treats, pamphlets on how to take care of your new pet, etc. That takes a lot of money and time. These folks are just donating their time there. I was truly impressed, and truly tugged at my heart. Oh, and shoes for sure. :)
