The confidence in knowing who I am, what I stand for and what I value. I’m no longer concerned about the little things and it allows me to really focus on what’s important - God, family & fitness career. I love myself , love doing things solo and i’m grateful for moments when I learn something or have a new experience .
How do you stay fabulous?I workout (pilates, kickboxing, lifting, dancing, running, walking), eat really clean, mental fitness (reading & journaling, little pamper, sleep, always learning (currently working on yoga certification) and really value downtime.
What would you do with the $40,000?take my family on a vacation, go out for a fabulous meal, maybe a new pair of shoes, and put the rest in savings. I have a granddaughter on the way and my daughter will be heading off to college in the fall.
