It’s like rediscovering myself! I’m more in tuned with my body now; knowing what’s good and bad for it with regards to food and lifestyle. I am calmer and a lot of things no longer bother me like they used to.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying in shape through yoga and pilates. I practice meditation as well. I also regularly practice self care, I drink green tea often and do facial massages using my gua sha every time I apply my face moisturiser.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would definitely buy my mom her dream car and take her on a vacation abroad to give her a lovely time, for all she’s sacrificed for me through the years. I would also use part of the money to open a salon for hair care for children, which has been one of my dreams.
