When I turned 40 I was in a life changing time, I decided that I was not going to let anything stand in my way of being my personal best. I am turning 49 in a couple months and despite the nagging hot flashes and all the things menopause brings, I love where I am in life. I am blessed with my husband, kids (not so little) my family and my ever growing love for God. Fitness is and always will be a part of my life, it helps me control T1DM. 40’s are the new 30’s and I’m here for it!
How do you stay fabulous?Exercising, eat healthy and feeding my mind with knowledge. Self care is huge.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay off some student loans, save some or maybe, get my masters degree. Oh and buy a stairstepper!
