With age definitely comes wisdom - and a unique perspective on life. I still have most of the energy I had in my 20's and 30s but with more knowledge and confidence and less interest in what other people think of me. While I have always loved life regardless of age, my 40s are the emotional and spiritual glow-up where I have taken my journey and life's experiences and transformed them into this beautiful current state of joyful yet grateful existence.
How do you stay fabulous?I watch what I eat - but I still enjoy a delicious plate of cheesy pasta when I feel like it! I also try to exercise at least three days a week and take time to do things that bring me joy, such as nature walks and hikes, spend time with family and friends, and cooking/creating recipes. I am currently working towards a second degree but when I am not busy with college courses or working I love to travel. Oh, and I laugh - a lot. I always try to find the humor and enjoyment out of life.
What would you do with the $40,000?Vegas, baby! Haha, just kidding. Honestly, the responsible thing to do would be to pay off debt (college is not cheap!), however I can see myself using the $40,000 to either create a backyard oasis my husband and I can enjoy and use for entertaining (everyone is invited!) or use it to fund my lust for traveling. A gals' trip to somewhere tropical or a two-week trip to Greece and Italy or an African safari with my husband sound amazing.
