There is a calmness since entering my 50s maybe from the wisdom and knowledge gained from past experiences. And since turning 50, I am in the best shape of my life...literally! There is more time to prioritize caring for myself now that my 3 children are all in college.
How do you stay fabulous?I schedule and practice self care. I workout at Orangetheory 6 days a week, bike on my Peloton 3-4 times a week, evening walks and golf outings with my husband, eat healthy, spend 3-4 months a year at our beach house in Costa Rica (water is my element), and prioritize my family over work to keep stress at a minimum. I believe laughter is essential to staying mentally and emotionally healthy/fabulous.
What would you do with the $40,000?All of it would easily be used for my 3 kids who are all currently attending 3 different Universities and depleting their 529 plans quickly.
