I Love how self awareness has taken over in my 40s. Self Love has become so very important to me. Not to exclude deep, meaningful relationships, personal growth, pursuing passions, prioritizing self-care, spending quality time with loved ones, career fulfillment, financial stability, and a sense of self-confidence built on knowing who I am and what I want and need in life, often appreciating authenticity and honesty from people especially my partner more than ever before.
How do you stay fabulous?I focus on self-care practices that prioritize my health, confidence, and personal style, including: Physical Wellbeing: Healthy Diet: Eat a balanced diet. Regular Exercise: Incorporate Sleep Quality Sleep: Skincare Routine: Keeping up with the style and my appearance. Keep a positive out look & attitude. As always I keep my self confidence at an all time high.
