I started a yoga studio while teaching high school, brought yoga to/for high travel PE credit and am an International Yoga Instructor. I help others live their absolute best life! I feel free to be me and coach every one to do the same.
How do you stay fabulous?Fake it til you make it! I eat healthy, hike and ski as well as surf the beach and teach yoga every where. Volunteer work at Food for the Underserved Communities as well as PTSD yoga therapy is my passion. May everyone have as loving a family as me, living close to my children in two states.
What would you do with the $40,000?I’m going to open a healthy food pantry with free yoga classes for underserved ommunities. If everyone meditated and lived healthy they might find peace and love. I am certified to teach PTSD Therapy Yoga and will add staff to teach free yoga and open a new business.
