There’s a special kind of confidence that comes with this age—it’s authentic, undeniable, and radiates from within. Embracing this stage feels empowering, like finally stepping into the truest, most unapologetic version of myself.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous begins with what we take in—nourishing food fuels our bodies and sustains our energy to stay focused. It’s all about intention, caring for both our physical and emotional well-being. Being fabulous is more than appearance; it’s a mindset that reflects how we think, feel, love, and live. It’s about embracing and nurturing the whole self, from the food we eat to the way we approach each day with positivity and purpose.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I’d finally prioritize myself—starting with that new car I’ve always wanted. As moms, we often put ourselves last, so this would be something just for me. I’d also share the joy by celebrating with my circle—my friends who are also over 40 and fabulous. It would be a celebration of life, surrounded by family, friends, and loved ones, honoring where I’ve come from and the journey that’s brought me here.
