What I love about being over 40 is the deep sense of self-assurance and clarity that comes with age. There’s a confidence that comes from knowing yourself so intimately, and it allows me to move through life with more ease and grace. Another thing I cherish is the sense of freedom. I’m no longer concerned about meeting other people’s timelines, definitions of success, or societal expectations . I love the wisdom that comes with it. I feel more empowered than ever.
How do you stay fabulous?I embrace self-care, prioritize my health by eating healthier and regularly exercising, nurture my passions, surround myself with positive people as well as intentionally keep a positive mindset.
